Blended Learning. Or: the link between learning ‘live’ and e-learning. Personal e-learning often follows on to a group training course given by an teacher. You can also choose to link the e-learning to assistance provided by the teacher. Flexi, the transparent management system. Flexi is also a support system for all administrative aspects of the training courses besides the e-learning activities. The most important asset of Flexi is its great transparency. If you are responsible for a training course, you will have access to a web platform via the www.lerian-nti.be web site, where you will be able to consult and download all the information on the training courses.

Our language tests go a step further. Lerian-Nti offers BULATS tests, the ideal software tool to assess the language skills of various staff members in a standardised way. But there is more. Many companies recruit people through their web sites. We are currently developing adaptive, on-line language tests for Dutch, French, German and English. A link can be made to our platform so that your applicant can take a language test on line. Isn’t that convenient?
