Can I keep track of the activities of my learners online?

Yes, we give you access to our online reporting system where you can follow up on the planning of the lessons (past and future), learning progress, motivation (number of exercises and time logged in) and satisfaction rates of your learners. All the data is exportable to excel and can be compared with other companies.

Can I become a reseller of your courses?

Yes, you can. Our courses are available globally through our website or international resellers. If you are interested in become a reseller of our courses, please contact our team.

For which languages is the system available?

The system is set up for courses in English, German, French, Dutch (and Spanish for low levels) and the interface and e-mail communication are available in English, German, French, Dutch and Spanish.

How much does it cost?

There are 3 plans available:

Basic plan: €131,89
Our basic plan grants you access to the platform for 12 months.

Standard plan: €350,90
Our standard plan grants you the same access with the addition of 6 20-minute live coaching sessions to increase your motivation and speed up your learning.

Premium plan: €1392,71
Our premium plan is a fully tailor-made private course including access to the platform and 20 hours of live tutoring by one of our qualified native-speaker trainers.

7-day money-back guarantee. What does that mean?

You can cancel your course by e-mail without justification within 7 days after booking. We will transfer your money back to your account immediately.

What do I need to get started?

An internet connection and loudspeakers. For our standard and premium plans, you also need a microphone and webcam or a telephone.

When does the course start?

Immediately after your payment, you will be directed to the platform, where you can get started. The system will ask you to take a level test (or self-assess your language level) so that it can select the activities that match your language level. At the same time you will receive an e-mail with a link, username and password.

Do I have to buy any extra learning material?

No, the system will provide you with everything you need.

Do I receive a certificate at the end of the course?

Once you have completed the course, you will receive a certificate indicating your current language level according to the Common European Framework for Languages (CEFR): A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2. This enables you to easily compare your results with other language certificates.

Are the coaches / teachers qualified?

We have a team of more than 250 coaches and trainers. This extensive trainer database enables us to quickly organise training courses for a large number of trainees. They have been selected on the basis of their didactic skills, their flexibility and their ability to motivate, inspire and enthuse individuals. The trainers teach in their native language and, due to their flexibility, can easily adapt to different learning environments.

What is the duration of a live tutoring session?

We are flexible in terms of planning and session lengths. We recommend sessions of 60 or 45 minutes.

How can I schedule my live coaching or tutoring sessions?

We will select a coach or teacher who fits your profile and he or she will contact you by e-mail to schedule your first appointment. At the end of each session, the next session will be planned. If you need your coach or trainer before your next scheduled session, for example because you have to prepare an unforeseen presentation in your target language, you can always contact your coach or trainer through the platform (or by e-mail) to schedule an emergency session.

Can I choose a session time that suits me?

Yes, lessons can be scheduled between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays or during the weekend.

Can I reschedule my lessons?

Yes, appointments can be cancelled or changed until noon the day before.

What if I don’t like my coach or trainer?

We care about your learning progress. If you don’t have a good rapport with your coach or trainer, let us know and we’ll find you another one.
