Banking Dutch: a language course for employees of bank organizations and bank branches who are in contact with clients.

The course allows candidates to master the principle skills of business communication and terminology related to current retail banking products. These include

  • deposit accounts
  • current accounts
  • phone and internet banking
  • bank and credit cards
  • bank transfers
  • etc.

The candidates learn to give information about these topics in a face-to-face conversation, by telephone, in a small presentation, etc. Authentic documents will be used so that candidates can bring the documents easily into practice.

This language course is officially recognized by FSMA (Financial Services and Markets Authority).
