Language course 'Dealing with complaints' in German.

The language course 'Dealing with complaints in German' is created for people who work in any organization and are responsible for dealing with complaints in Dutch.

The course allows candidates to master the principle skills of communication and terminology related to solving problems which involve the organization’s products and services:

  • analysing a problem and asking the right questions
  • describing a problem
  • putting into words the causes
  • explaining the context of a problem
  • suggesting a solution
  • formulating conclusions and negotiating
  • etc.

The training is based on communication and is interactive. Role-plays are used in support and key phrases are a help for the trainee and the assimilation of his/her skills.

Target group

People working in any organization responsible for dealing with complaints and in contact with clients. Candidates should have a minimum level of 3/5 ALTE – B2 CEF


20 hours (sessions of 2 hours)
