French language course for salespeople or commercial employees.

The language course 'French for sales' is created for salespeople or commercial employees who have contacts with clients in French.

The following skills will be worked on:

  • the structure of a sales conversation
  • giving arguments
  • formulating positive positions
  • rethorical questions
  • reformulating
  • the introduction
  • the conclusion
  • presenting products/services
  • commercial expressions and dealing with complaints

The training is based on communication and is interactive. Role-plays are used in support and key phrases are a help for the trainee and the assimilation of his/her skills.

Target group

Salespeople or commercial employees who have contacts with clients in a foreign language. Candidates should have a minimum level of 3/5 ALTE – B2 CEF.

20 hours (sessions of 2 hours)
1 hour = 60 minutes
