The language course 'German for HR' is created for HR managers and HR employees
In this module the candidate(s) will work on texts with specific vocabulary, key phrases, role play and other exercises appropriate to the situation of communication. The following skills will be worked on:
- recruitment and selection related communication
- useful skills for evaluation and performance interviews
- job interview simulations
The training is based on communication and is interactive. Role-plays are used in support and key phrases are a help for the trainee and the assimilation of his/her skills.
Grammar points are covered in a functional way and practiced in the context of Human Resources. The participants will receive a structured syllabus, completed with authentic documents.
HR manager and HR employees, who have a minimum level of 3/5 ALTE – B2 CEF.
30 hours (sessions of 2 hours)
1 hour = 60 minutes

Private, twin or group course (3 to 6 participants)
German (this course is also available for French, English and Dutch).
At the start of this German course, you receive access to our online e-learning platform where you will find weekly exercises tailored to your language level.
You’ll also have access to the e-lexica, where you can practice specific business vocabulary through a series of drills (e.g. EU terminology, financial terminology, HR terminology, legal terminology, negotiating terminology, telephone expressions, etc.).

The course can take place in your office or at our training centres in Brussels, Ghent, Diegem, Antwerp or Liege.
