Learn English by telephone: This course aims to brush up your business English in an interactive way. In the course, we focus on the communications skills you really need in your working environment, such as:

  • verbal communication for internal / external contacts
  • meetings in English
  • telephoning in English
  • e-mails in English
  • etc.

Depending on your language level and your practical needs, we design a tailored programme. Lessons consist of creative exercises, true-to-life conversations and role playing. Our ‘Tailored language’ concept makes learning more fun and gets you actively involved, so you make much faster progress than on a traditional English course.

You’ll also have access to the e-lexica, where you can practice specific business vocabulary through a series of drills (e.g. EU terminology, financial terminology, HR terminology, IT terminology, legal terminology, marketing terminology, negotiating terminology, telephone expressions, etc.).
